I was commissioned to create the full visual universe for Buganville, an illustrated book. The project required combining narrative illustration with editorial design to convey the poetic and intimate tone of the text.
My role involved developing a consistent visual language across the entire book: cover, interior spreads, and complementary illustrations. I worked with a palette inspired by the colors of nature and floral symbolism, bringing depth and atmosphere to the storytelling.
The final result was a publication where illustration and literature coexist, creating a visual narrative that enhances the reading experience and invites the audience into Buganville’s delicate world.
